  I have been a member at this gym for almost a year now, and I can honestly say it is the best gym I have been a part of. The employees/trainers are friendly, fun, and passionate about helping the members reach their fitness goals. On Saturday mornings, the gym provides a free Boot Camp Session that is open to all members of the public who are willing to try it out. I look forward to seeing the trainers and taking a few steps forward to reaching some of my fitness goals each week I am there. The Boot Camp provides numerous amounts of interval training that work out every part of your body. If you are looking to try out a new gym, I highly recommend checking this one out.
