  Have had a mostly pleasant experience so far with the couple of months we have had employees staying there during the week but am very disappointed with customer service related to an experience recently. Called to book last week and they were full Monday and Tuesday (so she said) so I told her I would book our two rooms for Wed-Sat and we would find something else Monday and Tuesday. Turns out we got charged for Monday (I thought I was giving my CC # for Wed-Thurs) and she never booked the guys Wed-Sat so when they showed up they didn’t have a room. Obviously there was a miscommunication somewhere, whether it be their end or mine. They will not refund Monday, which I didn’t even book since it was full and unavailable (that’s what I took from the convo). Saying they were no shows. She wouldn’t let me talk to anyone else so I Sent screen shots of my call log with them and booking another hotel minutes after I got the phone and haven’t received any sort of response back. Not even a “I could be the one mistaken but we still won’t give you a refund”. Moral of the story is - do not book over the phone. Book online so you have a record of it, because if something goes wrong they’ll tell you it’s your fault, essentially calling you a liar. Otherwise everything is fine with this hotel and obviously is one of the best rates around.
