  There is zero customer service here, when using their phone system, which tells you a lot about a place. Phone system feels rigged to keep you from getting through to service.
  
  You call Oliver’s Market. They always answer the phone, and everyone is gracious and helpful. Here you call and either cannot get through to anyone during normal hours, or you get someone but only in one dept., and they say they will transfer you to the correct dept. and you never get through. No matter how many times you try! This happens to me ever time I’ve tried calling, which is like maybe like, 3 times a year. (So plenty of time in between for their phone system to be fixed, if they wanted to).
  
  Spoke to a friend and she won’t shop there anymore because she says it horrific how they have it setup so people can’t get through via phone, and are forced to come in for a simple question, or in my case , an order. Customer convenience does not feel to be a top priority here.
